Gas Safe registered 667143Keeping mid-Essex homes warm
We look after gas boilers, central heating and hot water systems from our base on Guithavon Street in Witham, covering Chelmsford, Braintree, Maldon, Colchester and the villages between. The work runs from a single boiler service through to full system installations.
How we work has not changed: turn up when we say, explain things plainly, and do the job properly.
The person behind the work
I'm Frank, the owner of FJA Plumbing & Heating. I've been working as a plumber and heating engineer for over 11 years, and I set up FJA to build a local business with a reputation for doing tasks properly and looking after our customers.
I live locally with my wife and children, so having a business that people in the area know, trust and are happy to recommend genuinely means a lot to me.
I'm Gas Safe registered and cover everything from boiler servicing and repairs through to complete boiler and heating system installations. I enjoy finding the right solution for a customer rather than simply trying to sell them something they don't need.
I'm quite particular about my work. I like things to be neat, tidy and completed properly, and I treat customers' homes with the same respect I'd expect someone to show in my own.
FJA is growing, but I want to make sure we never lose that personal approach. Whether it's me or one of the team attending, the goal is simple: good workmanship, honest advice and a service people feel comfortable recommending to their friends and family.

You deal with the person doing the work. We quote after a survey, we explain what we found, and we tell you when something does not need replacing.
